Daily Rentals

All daily rental equipment must be returned by 5 pm the final day of the rental. Late returns may be charged up to two times the daily rental rate per day late.

Refunds will be provided for advanced rental reservations that give up their reservation prior to 5 pm on the day before the first rental day. Please email rentals.theproskiandride@gmail.com to modify or cancel your reservation. 

Refunds will not be given for late cancellations or no shows.

Renter is financially responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged rental equipment. This includes tuning repairs needed for High Performance Demos. Other terms and conditions are found in the equipment waiver signed at the time of equipment pick up.

Seasonal Rentals

All seasonal rental equipment is due back by the agreed upon date in the rental agreement (April 6, 2024). Late returns may be charged up to the 2024/2025 replacement price for equipment not returned by the due date.

Refunds will be provided for advanced reservations that give up their reservation before equipment pickup. Please email rentals.theproskiandride@gmail.com to modify or cancel your reservation. Refunds will not be given for rental equipment once it leaves the store. Seasonal rentals must be picked up by November 19, 2023. Availability of equipment cannot be guaranteed after November 20, 2023.
